Baby spinach ( khobiza) Moroccan recipe

Ingredients:
500g of baby spinach
1 cup of sharmoola ( visit sharmoola recipe preparation )
1 cup of chopped green olives
2 tsbp of lemon juice
5 tsbp of olive oil
Lemon steeped ( decorate )
Preparation:
1. Rince and chop your baby spinach

3. In a pan, add the sharmoola on spanich, green olives, lemn juice, olive oil, and cover your pan, cook for 10 to 15min
4. In your dish, serve your spinach with rice or just eat it with a lovely piece of brown bread Homemade.
