Sharmoola.... it is a secret !?

Fresh Sharmoola is important in Moroccan food, that is the basis for season to taste many dishes:
Fish, Grilled chicken and meat kebabs ( brochette ), Spinach ( Khobiza ), Kofta (only one ingredient excluded lemon juice), Grilled liver , Zaalook ( tapenade of Aubergine or Eggplant ).... all this is just that i remember and the list goes
Now go quickly save the ingredients ^^
Ingredients:
2 tsbp of fresh coriander and parsley
2 tsbp of lemon juice
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of turmeric or safran
3 tsbp of olive oil
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until you get an homogenous mixture
2. Your Sharmoola is ready to taste, is really great !!
