Almond Baklawa recipe

Ingredients;

250 g roasted almond without salt

6 dry fig

100g of melted butter

pinch of salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of lemon zest

2 tsbp of orange flower water

1 tsp of vanilla extract

100g of brick ( pastilla leaf )

Honey

Preparation :

1. In a blender mix, almond, fig , melted butter, salt, cinnamon, lemon zest, orange flower water, vanilla extract ,

2. In center of each brick pour 1 tsbp of mixture almond and roll and sprinkle with melted butter always

3. Preheat the oven at 200*, cook the baklawa for 10 to 15 min

6. Before serving pick up your baklawa in same size pour the honey on the top
