Custard Homemade
Preparation time : 15 min
Cooking time : 10 min
Serving : 250 g of custard
Ingredients:
3 yolk of eggs
3 tsbp of flour
3 tsbp of sugar
500ml of milk
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of lemon zest
Preparation:
1. In a bowl mix, the yolk eggs, sugar and flour
2. In saucepan pour milk , vanilla extract and lemon zest and pour in high boiling for 3 min
3. Add the milk gradually into mixture of egg and mix very well
4. Pour the custard into medium heat and mix for 6 min until get a heavy cream
5. Cover and refrigerated for 1 hour before use it
