Fresh Dough of Refisa (moroccan recipe)

Prepartion time: 15min
Cooking time: 30min
Serving: 4

Igredients:

1 small bowl of semolina extra fine
1 small bowl of flour
1 tsp of salt
Warm water
1/2 small bowl of vegetable oil for flatten dough

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, add warm water gradually

2. Kneading very well until you get elastic dough and no sticky,

3. Grease your hands, divide dough in 14 to 18, form a little ball always work in order
cover dough and allow to stand for 10min

4. Heat a frying pan, and begin to flatten the first ball you did,
flatten very well until you have a circle shape fine

5. When a pan a hot, pour the first pancake (or msemn) in the pan for 2min

6. Keep it in a pan , turn and add your seconde msmen on top the first
continue like this until you finish all

7. In the end you get a mille feuille of pacackes, separate pancackes and cut


Your fresh dough of Rfissa is ready ^^

I really like the information provided in this article. Installing solar panel will drastically reduce the green house gas emissions (carbon footprint) and electricity bill of ones house holds, Even though solar panel don’t emmidiately pay for themselves 5 to ten years they are still a very wise investment.
