Fresh Pizza dough recipe

Ingredients:
400g white flour
100g whole weat
1tsp of salt
2 tsbp olive oil
1/2 tsp of paprika
1 tsbp dry yeast
Preparation:
1.In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: white flour, whole weat, salt, paparika
Add olive oil, dry yeast mix very well, add water a little by little until you get a sticky dough and elastic
2. Cover and let rest 1h, after you divide the dough and form a ball
3. Put in your mold, and use the dough immediatly or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 12h or freeze.
